Can not download Zip file

Hi guys,
i am unable to download the .zip file from this page:
https://www.gavick.com/download/joomla- ... icity.html

I am tryingto download the 56 MB file with the _rest_ in its name.
The other two work fine, but the big one always stops around 30 MB.

Also i tried to use jDownloader to resume the download but jDownloader does not recognize the link.

I am using Chrome on Win7.

Hi.
sorry for this, we have sometimes small server problems.
If you need plugins inluded in restfiles - give me sign, I will send you.
I suppose that you don't need PSD
