Hi,
I successfully installed Simplicity Quickstart package on my linux server (php 5.3.27) but the result is not like the demo, as you can see when you go there : preprod.nutrilog.com
It seems that all Custom Html modules of the home page are ignored...
Any suggestion ?
Thank you for your help

Hi.
There maybe few reasons.
Could you send me access to back-end (PM) - I will check all settings.

Hi Pawel,
I tried to send you the information through a PM but when I choose "pfrankowski" as the recipient, an error occurs and it says
"The requested users to be added do not exist."
Which recipient should I choose?

Please Pawel, would you have a minute to check the issue on preprod.nutrilog.com
We have bought that template 3 weeks ago and it's still not working.
We have a training session on it next week, so it's importatnt for us to fixe that issue.
Thank you.

Ok, I think I have found issue -- server settings
administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo

Directory Permissions - all are RED - should be GREEN
change it using FTP, but be sure ... of security risk. or better ask hosting support why they have poor server settings :(

If you need working demo - with all modules - give me sign, I can "borrow" mine for one - two days.

Hi Pawel,
I have modified permissions, so now all are green but... it doesn't change anything for the web site. Still no Custom html modules

Also bottom1 and bottom2 position worked for me, on your website.

I saw that you have 6 menus - maybe there was a problem- you assigned modules for wrong items?

 I suggest: Delete all menus which you don't use - because right now you have a big mess.
Demo content is not always good base to build a new site... I always suggest to use it only to check how all works.
