Problems with form field tooltips

I've installed simplicity on my dev site and created another testsite with QuickStart Package, and I'm facing the same problem on both sites. Registration form looks otherwise good, but the mouseover tooltips are missing some style definitions. When mouseover occures, input fields are jumping around and tooltip doesn't have any border or background definitions. See attached image (taken from the QuickStart installation).

Have I missed something in the installation?

I purchased the lifetime package, and am using NEWS template. I am seeing the same problem with it. Tooltip text isn't neatly presented within a wordbox or word balloon, but overlaps the rest of the form image.
Sounds like it's a product defect, rather than a need for custom support. I reported this in a Ticket, but the response was that I can't get help that way, since I don't have a Developer account. How can I get this taken care of?

I tried to add screenshots of the problem to this forum posting, but "Upload Attachment" doesnt seem to work here.

Is there a fix coming for NEWS template? Will it be within the next 3 weeks?

I saw your note of Nov. 3 and so decided the fix must be in the template by now, so I downloaded, and saw that its date is Nov. 29. So does that version have the fix in it? (I would look it up in release notes, but I don't see how to get to release notes on your site).

I found the release notes, but none of the most recent ones list a tooltips problem specifically. So just wanted confirmation.

Please just download latest version from gavick.com and overwrite all template files. If this will not help please provide me URL to some page where this tooltips are visible.

Yes, I see that the tooltips are fixed. Thank you much! We have the new version now.
