Windows IIS Server

I installed J3.0 on a Windows IIS server and am having some issues. Using Simplicity template, if I place anything in the header module position, the background image does not show up. I uploaded the Simplicity quickstart on a Linux box and the demo shows a background in the header. I compared all settings to be the same but on a Windows server the background just doesn't show up.

Before this, I had a template that used the T3 framework and didn't work at all.

Any advice?

two solutions
1) ask your hosting support
2) check, using firebug, url(s) of background images etc.
...maybe under windows there are problem with this or with folder/file system permissions ?
