Hello,

The facebook log in Authentication plug in has been activated and configured and the app id entered in template social settings.

Am I missing something?

You were able to log in through Facebook? It doesn't give an error or go anywhere for me. Have had others test it as well.

Hi

I can see that the link to page with login has changed and not working indeed. Please update template and facebook authentication plugin to the latest version and send me an access to joomla panel.

Hi

I've checked and it's most probably becuase of outdated template. Please take a look at the update page: https://www.gavick.com/index.php?filter ... Itemid=399

Your version is 3.8.1 and the latest is 3.11. Please follow the list of changed files to overwrite via ftp only the neccessary files. Or if You have not made any changes to template just install the newest one. Remember to make a backup first.

Hi

Ok. Programers have pointed out that pages with facebook login button shows an error in console that a connection to facebook app cannot be established. Most probably the url to Your site in facebook app is nicorrect or it's some other missconfiguration issue. Check if this app is enabled for public as well.

Hi

Try maybe urls and somain with and withotut http and www. It's clear from the error message in console that connection to facebook is made, but application is not recognised. Check also an ID and secret. Also do You know what is "tracking.websitealive.com" ? I can see couple of scripts loaded from this site. Try to disable for tests. Try also ask facebook developers maybe they will know what the problem is right after looking at Your site.
