not happened suddenly, I was working very well and smoothly and now half my missing link in the main menu

HI,
hard to say, because ONLY you have access to back-end and only you can publish or unpublish menu items etc.
Maybe you changed something ? Menu items don't disappear without admin "help" or mysql error.

So your current question is not really template support question, but general connected with your Joomla installation. First, please check all settings in Menu Manager and in Menu module
