Main menu simplicity hover problem

on main page i can't choose second level of last item menu, because it's not on usual place. On other pages everything is okay. look at the picture. this problem was not from installation, but I can't understand what is happened.

at some of main menu pages this item looks normal, but on several pages (not only on home page) this is present and this is not good
