Mobile menu not clickable

I have done a lot of editing of the Simplicity template and somewhere along the lines I have lost the ability to click on the mobile menu. The three bar graphic shows up but does not click on the desktop or mobile device. Please review the issue at the below address. This site is still in progress and any help is appreciated.

Looks like there is a couple of problems after all changes. Anyway try add this to tablet.css and mobile.css:
