Problem installing the Simplicity theme

Hi
I have the latest Version of Joomla 3.0 and also the latest version of the Simplicity Theme. When i attempt to upload it and error is thrown up once the file has been expanded on the server.

Any Ideas please?

Check following please.

1. Make sure all files are expanded properly and file sizes are not zero byte.
2. Make sure folder permissions are set correctly such as below.

All the files are present in the zip and there are no zero byte files.

Is that screenshot from Admin Panel if yes at what stage are you seeing this error as I've thought you are having the problem at installation stage.
