Hi in the module News show pro - Beautiful featured products of the quickstart ,how is it possible when you hover on the image to show the title and a short desctription of the k2 article instead of the templates/gk_simplicity/images/news_gallery_overlay.png image.

Hi,
Unfortunately it is a complex custom work which is beyond our support. I can only advice that you will have to change the whole portal mode HTML output structure in order to display the title and text, and restyle it (remember about the mobile devices).

by portal mode do you mean to change from news gallery to normal mode?

Portal mode means any non-standard mode in News Show Pro GK5 module - Gallery, Title Overlay etc.
Unfortunately I didn't saw similar modules, but most probably there is something like this in the joomla extensions directory.
