Hi mods,

i am using simplicity quickstart and i have noticed that the width of the header.jpg(1932) is larger than the width of the template, resulting to cropping part of the image. i tried to lower the width down to 1300 and looks better but i would like to know what is the exact width and height set for the header image and in which css file is located.

header.jpg should be as wide as it is possible, because it is centered and if user would have browser wider than the image, he would see edges of it. Try resizing browser window left and right to see what I'm writting about.
So the width of image is set to 100% of browser area, it is centered and height depends of elements that are visible inside #gkHeaderMod and is also dynamic.

This is responsive template, so it always fits to browser width - so do the image in header.
Placing important elements inside that image is not the best way to do.
I would suggest just not to place important data on image, as users might have different browser widths, starting from very popular 1024px ending on 1920px and wider.

Could You share an url to your site? Perhaps if I'll see it, I'll be able to think out something else.
