disable links from News Show Pro

Hi all,

I would like to disable the links from the front page News Show Pro module but I cannot see any module settings to achieve this.

I just want to display the images but without the linking to the k2 articles.

Happy to edit the module code if someone can show me where.

You can simply turn off Image Link option under Article Layout section of the module configuration.

Thanks for the reply, but the article option is not available in this template version. Instead I see "news portal gallery settings"

There is another news show module that has article settings but it's not the module that appears on the frontpage.

In the meantime I've looked at the module's template but the files for 'news portal' are blank.

Does anyone know where I can find the file that would be used to disable links?

I found it now, actually there's no option to disable links in backend (I was wrong). However you will find it in this file: /modules/mod_news_pro_gk5/portal_modes/news_gallery/controller.php
