Background on IE not showing

Hi, I placed a .jpg background image for my entire site and it works perfectly on Chrome, but today as I was checking it on I.E. I realize it doesn't show up, and I'm wondering if I'm also have this problem on Firefox. How can I solve this issue?

first I'm a wizard so you have add URL to your site, probably you made a mistake in css that's all.

I suggest to set background image for all page using this:
