For example I bring a code <p class="numblocks num-3"> it at me it doesn't show on pages, and so all codes.
Printing house the plug-in at me is included.

I have logged in and as far as I see, there is no problem with adding custom classes to editor. They show in front end well, You just need to prepare custom .css classes if You would like them to look unique.

You need to enable typography and iconsset if You would like to use them.
Go to template setting in your administration panel (extensions -> Template Manager), then click on gk_simplicity - Default, and from right column open "Features" section. There You will find two switches to enable typography css files.
