Turning-Off Responsive Layout Doesn't Work

Hi,

I really like Simplicity Theme. I still working on localhost. I want to disable Responsive Layout for certain reason. Of course, at Template Perams you can set Responsive Layout off.

But unfortunately it's doesn't work. Tablet and Mobile mode still appear whenever i realize the browser. I also have tried to put Custom CSS code and enable CSS Override but it didn't solve it.

What i suppose to do? :(
