Where do I find the gravitar settings?

Hi,

I tried finding the settings for the gravitar image. I like the layout with the side-bar to the right of a default Joomla article. But I only get the empty icon. How do I change this?

You can set avatar in gravatar service:
http://www.gravatar.com
Use same mail as post authors mail and then upload Your avatar.
Then user picture will be displayed.
