Facebook Images Sharing

Hi Guys,
Ive had a few problems with my site over the past few weeks in the fact that sometimes i can post items to Facebook and they will pick up a photo from that page and most of the time they won't. How can I force an item to have a Facebook image and make sure I can solve this issue once and for all?

Could you please share a links to a page where an image is getting picked up correctly, and where is not?
Is the same page always shareable correctly, or it varies?

Ok it would now appear that none of the items on the news section are posting with links however if you went into park guides on the website and went into alton towers for example and went into dark forest and copy the link to facebook it will paste the photo as a link

Please post 2 urls - one to a page which has problems with sharing of an image and one which shares fine.

Ive found 2 however it seems to take like a day to try get it to work? Like its taking a day to go through the system if that makes sense?

It would appear that updating joomla or the template got it working again?? Little bit confusing....
