remove author, date & category from post

Some categories, we don't want to show the author, category and date posted. how or where do we remove that

If you want to remove this only on some categories, check this topic and use Conditional Tags, eg. is_category('category_slug')

BTW in the nearest Theme update (one week, max two), there will be an option to disable/enable these elements on each post.
