Hi, it is only eng translation. But you can copy en-GB.mod_weather_gk4.ini to italian lang folder and change name to it-IT.mod_weather_gk4.ini. Then just please translate it.

We don't provide translation files so you need to translate module by yourself. It is no hard because most phrases are weather statuses.
