I copied the Magazine template to work on it. The Template copy said it was successful but the following warning message (below) displayed and the template main menu was in a different position as your original template, the Magazine logo disappeared and the user area was changed plus other changes.
Message Warning
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /mnt/data/vhosts/casite-561755.cloudaccess.net/httpdocs/tmp/template_copy_52c8e34a109f1/en-GB.tpl_opstemplate1.ini

Hmm it is installer info so it should be related with template copy process. This file - en-GB.tpl_opstemplate1.ini - is for sure not from our product. Maybe it is kind of your custom changes and simply it is missing in the template copy.

I had not made any custom changes as I wanted to copy the template first. I am new to Joomla have spent some time getting familiar with the demo at CloudAccess plus reading and I thought getting professional template would make things easier for me to set up my site. Your marketing materials say how easy it is to do this. It is not. I am really disappointed - your template assumes that I know more than a beginner and your knowledge base does not help that much- I spent a lot of time checking your documentation out. If I had more knowledge I would not need a template I could set up my site using the default provided by Cloudaccess in fact I should have done that and got the simple and clean looking site I really wanted.

What annoys me is that your site say it is easy and then assume beginners have CSS and HTML knowledge when that is why we use a platform like Joomla/Cloudaccess and templates.

I purchased your club membership last week downloaded one template had a very bad experience could not work on it and I realize it is way too complicated for what I need. I know you say there are no refunds but I really think that a professional company would refund my money if the goods were not delivered as expected.

I think your templates have a great professional look but you cannot say they are suitable for beginners.

Thanks for your opinion but there is no more word about your problem. You probably changed template name (maybe not in all places) and this cause the problem but until I don't know what is the source of this file >> en-GB.tpl_opstemplate1.ini I can't help you. This is not file from our template and I don't know which 3rd party extensions you use.
