Tabs GK5 settings

I wanted to adjust some display settings on the tabs but when I tries to change the date format I searched a little and saw that I can't access settings enumerated here:

It is the "Article layout settings" in "K2 Additional Settings"

is there maybe another way to do all that manually editing files?

The "Article layout" is a separated tab and you should have there few sections which displays after clicking on the section name (info block, image, text etc.).
