3.9 update is not downloadable

Hi,
When we click update, it refers to link of magazine download site and we can only download 3.8 version there. Can you make 3.9 available ASAP? Or where can we download 3.9 version.

The package contains wrong version - I'll fix it soon, but the template files are up to date and contains the Gavern 3.9 update.
