site not respoding on changes quickly

im having big lags of time before any changes i make take place. i believe it may have to do with caching and time, but i have caching off in my configuration and not sure to to solve this.

The template i am using is Magazine (responsive)for joomla 3.0. i have the latest update on joomla

Joomla has it's own cache system, and our templates has it's own.

Responding time could depends on this or ... server settings.

Changes in content or template settings or both.

I made changes to style sheet coloring, also to logo. made them yesterday tried clearing cache. some changes showed up today but the ones i made this morning i still don't see. not sure why as i believe these changes should reflect immediately once made and refreshed. this is the first time I'm having this issues with Gavick template. i have used many of your template before with no issues. i am also new to the joomla 3.0 platform so I'm not sure if I'm missing a step somewhere.

I use our templates too but I don't have such a problems.
Have you tried check website from another browser ?
