button PageTop is working but without scroll effect

After performing the installation template gk_magazine (using gk_magazine_quickstart_J! 30) realized that despite everything have functioned as the demo, the button located on the bottom of the page and has the function of positioning the screen at the top (anchor for #gkPageTop) is not doing this procedure as in the demo, on my website until it is positioned at the top but not smoothly scrolls the page (seems to be no effect). Which may be required for this configuration since I installed version exactly like the demo?

Looks like there is a conflict with a javascript in this tabs module at the bottom. Can You please check if it wors propperly when it's disabled ?

I believe there is no conflict with the javascript module tabs, because this problem occurs on all pages of the site, even those that present a simple article without any module.
Looking at the generated html code, could not find any javascript function or javascript include file that has this purpose (slow the scroll the page by clicking the button that calls the anchor gkPageTop).
Could you tell me what is the script responsible for this effect and that php file it is being added to the page while running on the server?
With this information I can better identify the cause.

I've asked programmers and looks like this smooth scrolling is available with J2.5 only. Our templates doesn;t have a script for it. The smooth scrolling is comming directly from joomla, but there is no such script in joomla J3
