social API turn off

tried to turn off the social API but the tweet en pinterest are still there
how to turn those off

are you talking about standard articles or K2 articles?

Did you save changes in template settings?

I had tried on my own installation (for standard articles) and it worked for me.

yep, they are all disabled and no excluded articles or categories

temporary I suggest disable using by css

turned off the gk cache and the css cache. That did the trick

So probably this social code was in cache memory, please clear all cache, and turn gavick cache again. Now it should be okey, without css tricks.
It works for me, I've checked few times.
