Hi,

The column width of the fly-out menu in tablet mode (less than 1024px) for IE8 users only displays as wide as the responsive jump menu icon (52px) making content illegible. Is there a fix for this?

Hi,

The responsive layout isn't supported in IE8, because IE8 doesn't support media-queries.

Hi,

Not sure I understand your reply "media-queries"? Are you saying tablets running Windows with IE8 are not supported? If so what would be good protocol for these users? Maybe the template could show the desktop view or a message top the user to upgrade to IE9?

Actually no - so point taken. I was looking at my site using a friends notebook running IE8 on Windows which adopted the tablet view and incorrectly referred to the issue in this forum being on tablets.

Back to the question - is there a fix for this on IE8?

In general we have no solution for it, because this kind of target (IE8 on devices with very small screens) is too small to pay attention for it. You can try to solve it adding own CSS code in the ie8.css file.
