Template Not Responsive On Tablets or Cellphones

Hi! I installed the quick installation package and the site works fine but when I open it on a cellphone with android or in a tablet it does not reorganize the layout, is not responsive.

When I open with the same tablet or cellphone the demo site, it works fine. But not the one I installed. Maybe there is a plugin or something, or a setting in the template. Please help with this.
