Hi,
I would like to display this nice menu button on the upper left corner. So I activated it under template options / menu / Show template menu -> on.

But now I have two menus displayed on desktop screen. The one which I created with a module and the one which comes from the template menu (template options / menu / Show template menu -> on).

How is it possible in that case to show only my module menu on desktop screen, but still having the mobile menu avalable on mobile devices?

Alternatively I would also like to see the mobile button in upper left corner also on desktop screens.

Hi

You can hide the module menu by using a module class suffix " nomobile".

I mean it otherwise: i still want have the normal module menu. And i want have the mobile menu on mobiel devices activated.
But if I activate it under template options / menu / Show template menu -> on, i get a second menu displayed on desktop view.
Now I disabled it with css display: none; and it seems to work. But it would be good to know, if there is a build in functionality or trick how i can show this mobile menu, but not showing it on desktop view.

thx a lot for all your replies!

Hi

Magazine template is a responsive one which means that the same code is used for all devices and the only changing part is CSS. So Your solution is the only on and the class suffix I've adviced is the same result You did. So I believe this topic can be closed now :)

I had the same question. Apparently I need to make an adjustment to the CSS, but I am not sure which CSS file/line I need to change so that the template menu doesn't show in the desktop view?

Hi

Your question is different than the one mentioned in this thread I think. Please show me a screen when do You want to disable main menu. A name "desktop" can have couple of minings when it comes to mobile devices.
