logo overide ONLY FOR FRONTPAGE

Hi is it possible to overide the logo Just for the frontpage only?
I like the logo but for my frontpage I need it much larger and in the middle. So I plan to run the logo as a bannertop position centered JUST FOR FRONT PAGE and would like to hide the logo position JUST FOR FRONTPAGE .But when I do this i can still see logo position when i hover over it. Also how do I only hide logo just for the frontpage. I want logo in log position for rest of pages.
Perhaps a solution is duplicate the template and have 2 copies of magazine template with one for frontpage logo position hidden but other copy has logo position working. Is this a good idea? Will this work for what I want to achieve?

You can use page suffix to do this. See template settings > features > Pagesuffix.

If you have setup your pagesuffix to be "nologo" then you can use following css code to hide the logo.
