Problem with the quickstart folder.

Can someone help me with something? I dont know how to instal the quickstart folder to have the same site with the demo.
Can someone explain me please?

Hi, after downloading unzip gk_news_quickstart_J!2.5.zip, and using FTP client (like FileZilla) copy all files and folders from "gk_news" folder to your main category in server.
In browser in the address bar insert your domain name + enter, instalator will start.
Install Joomla and sample data will be installed automatically. That's all

I allready have a joomla site http://www.video-games24.com/ and i dont want to lose my database. Is any way to instal the quickstart folder in this site without lose my articles etc?
