Logo Animation Like the demo?

Hi. Im wondering how to get the same effect on the logo on the demo when the mouse is slid over? So far I uploaded a 124x107 jpeg into the template but when I put the mouse over nothing but a small little orange bar comes up. You can check out humoutpost.com to see what I mean but sorry if things are a mess when you visit...Im still a newbie to this website building stuff :-)

Hi,

Logo in our demo is a PNG image with transparent background, so the background under the image is animated :)
