I have big news portal, and I'm using news theme. So I want to split mobile and desktop version ( www.mypage.com and m.mypage.com) because theme loads desktop and mobile code, and becomes too slow

If you want to create separated mobile version, you have to detect mobile browser and redirect to m.yourpage.com, check i.e this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mobile-site-redirect/
