How to remove Post additinal params i post new article page?

Inside the post new article it says post additional params on the right hand side and it gives you enable or disable I want all of them to be disable on ever post page but right now I have to do it every time I post a new article which I don't like can you please tell me how I can fix that.

Please check your News -> Template Options -> Basic tab and disable "Post sidebar informations" option.
Is global option for all posts.
