My theme always show in mobile layout

Hi, i just download your Wordpress theme name "News" and install it on my localhost (for testing before using in my site).

The problem is after i install this theme on localhost, it only show in mobile layout! Even when view it on PC browser (i using FF and Chrome).

Without live access there is no way to check what might be wrong.
