How to move home page down 46px?
Can't find it in style.css

I used body { margin-top:46px;} did not work.

I insert into style.css and it did not work then i insert into editor-style.css. both way won't work.

You should add your code into News/css/override.css file and enable override option from News -> Template Options -> Advanced tab.

Sure, you can change it in Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading and "Blog pages show at most" option.
