Move Logo

Hi, we are trying to move our joomla site to wordpress. We are using the world news II template in joomla, and want to move to news template in wordpress. But we want to keep the look if it is possible. Can someone tell me if is it possible to place the logo upper the menu? We changed the color of the menu, but we would like to place the logo upside. We attach the actual design and the news template we are working on.
