Problem: "low quality" images in sidebar and inset

I have a problem in the Sidebar and Inset widgets.
This is my site: http://insidepop.it and i'm using the News Theme.

This is the problem: the images in the widget "Ultimi Video" and "Insidegossip" are shown in low quality and are shelled.

I was just wondering what can I do to show the images in high quality?
I also uploaded a screenshot of the problem, in order to help you in understanding what I'm saying.

Hi,

You have to change GK NSP Widget Settings on these positions. e.g. ULTIMI VIDEO set image dimensions to 297x223. Images from GK NSP are cached and adapts to the size of the contener.
