Multiple so many errors

After long consideration I just bought the News theme and this is what it looks like in a post after installing it as a regular theme..

Hi,
Are you using some plugins? I think that's custom post fields from 3rd party plugin. I need an URL to your website to be sure (here or you can send me a PM).

EVERYTHING in Wordpress is based on third party plugins!
That's the whole concept of the platform.
Interestingly enough they all seem to work flawlessly on any other theme and vice versa but the theme's from Gavick (yupp I downloaded other themes as well to try and not a single one of them goes on an existing site unless maybe if you have 14 days of free time to set them up and don't care about about your clients/vistors or an ever lasting down time). And yes I am such an unhappy and unsatisfied customer!!
But you did give the answer to the question and for that my sincere thanks!
