Widget 'GK News Show Pro' image problem

Look the screenshot. The image is 500x400 (example) but when I sent an image, it compress hardly and become small (300x250 - example) and streched to fit the area.

If I use the exactly size (setted before) the system return an error.

What is going on?

In widget settings, image dimensions are set to 500x400?
Please send me a PM with direct URL and backend access to your website, then I'll be able to analyze this issue.
