Character set bug

I have a big problem. I bought this template and only thing I currently have, and it is big problem because I am pretty sure that it could be considered as spam is that I cannot change character set.
In menu font used is hammersmit one and I can use it with this link

but, that font does nto support local languages, like for example Croatian language (you are Polish company, you should understand that not all people use English on websites), so only solution is to use another character set which I can change using this link here

but if I do that, template is not working correctly. To me this is a big problem because site (this one or any other in that case) should be able to change character set.
what to do? How to repair that? I cannot run site without Croatian letters because site is local.

Give me a solution or give me amount I have to pay to have this repaired (although I really think this should be considered as bug because i did not see anywhere on your site that is does not support different character sets)
