Customizable Latest Posts layout

I want to customize the latest post layout. Just like the various possibilities of layout in the plugin 'GK News Show Pro'.

Though I can use the plugin for my layout requirements, but the thing is that these plugin can't be used to show all the posts via pagination (or if I will use it for over 5000 posts the page will become too heavy).

So what I need is that
Customization layout for latest posts just like the plugin mentioned above + Pagination option like front page.
