Search Module Problem

Hi everybody,

I got a problem with search module in TheWorldNews2 template. (joomla v. 3.2.1). When I publish search module there is "0" sign appears on the search button place -when search button disabled in the module conf. Can you please help me to solve it asap.

This happened after upgrading Joomla from 3.2.0 to 3.2.1. How can I fix it?
