Loading desktop version of the website with TWN II Very Slow

Our website uses TWN II joomla 3, when open frontpage with desktop version loading is very slow.

This applies to hosting or local computer using xampp.

If access the mobile version or administrator Backend fast response.


Is there any setting or a way to speed up the loading time frontpage ?

There may be enlightened in order that our users can access quickly.

It seems its not template problem but Joomla/Hosting company... If You look at network panel of developer tools You will see that all files, even small .js and .css load very slow (engine.js that weights 4,6Kb loads almost 1s). And to make page "start" all js files and .css files must be loaded first (for desktop). For mobile there is different engine which loads less number of files, so it works faster.

I tried to resetting joomla configuration.

I enabled gzip compression

and there is a change in loading time.

What settings have You changed? When I was checking the site compressing was disabled.

In my opinion problem lies in hosting company, see this screen:

It took around 20 seconds to load first few files. Their size sum is less than 200kb so its very slow. Please contact your hosting company support and ask them whats wrong.

It's true Cyberek, in fact we are and my visitor not satisfied with the speed of access to the website,
I will try to confirm to our hosting support about it and we will inform to you

I try to intall JCH plugin and the results are an increase in access speeds from 21 s to 12 s.



Is there any feedback?

There is not much I can suggest to You more. To have 100% confiration the problem lies somwhere on Joomla or hosting site, please change template back to Beeze and use FireBug or Chrome Developer Tools to check if file loads is that slow. To do that, I would also suggest to disable JCH plugin, so You will see how fast raw, uncompressed files loads.
