item publish delay problem

hello, I have the world news II template installed on my website. everything is just working fine but, everytime we add a new article, either on joomla core content or on K2 component, it is not displayed immediately on frontpage. the articles and items are seem to be displayed properly on category pages, but when it comes to front page, there is no article. the article is displayed on the front page a couple of hours later. I want the article to be displayed on frontpage immediately after I publish it because we are a newspaper website.

how can I fix the problem?

the joomla version and all component & module & plugins are up to date, and there is no extra components except a poll and a video component.

1. The problem happens in module or in standard "Joomla" posts display?
2. Have You tried to turn off cache if it is turned on?

I've come across this issue with news_pro_gk4

Any article I add (I don't use K2) won't be displayed.

If I change the publish and create dates to yesterday - it works.

Try to play with offset parameter of the module. Sometimes the problem lies in server and Joomla setting - timezone. If they don't match, You post article on hour X, but system thinks it is hour y and problem happens. Thats why the time offset was introduced (it can be also used to show only articles that are 1 day long for example, but often we use it to solve problems like described one ).
