silly but menu position?

i loaded the template over a fresh joomla install but after i installed another first.

now after selecting the world news 2 template and making it default i cannot select a position for the main menu!!!! main menu position is not there in the available positions within the main menu module.

wha do i do to get the main menu back!!!

Hi, check in template settings

There should be option to Show template menu and it must be ON
and there is also option disable if and choose menu module , read TIPS
