How to get breadcrumbs always visible?

on TWN2 theme, I want the upper breadcrumbs to be always visible. How can that be done?

I didn't make myself clear completely.
Please check http://news.vrabotuvanje.com and you sill see under the main HOME icon there is small home icon that only shows when you roll over it. That is the breadcrumbs. How to make that always to be visible?
