Please I need help to install World News II quickstart templ

I have like to install quickstart WorldnewsII template on my site. The site is : www.techmanage24.com
But only partially installed. I like to install just like template site.

Please help me how to do it.

Did you try our quickstart package ? as once installation completes it should look like our demo site.

I have already a joomla installation on my home directory. Then I have copied WorldNewsII quick file in the directory. Now what to install? Should I need to install joomla again? How to install the joomla again?
