Insert a link in the header

I want to place a link in the header.
This is the site still under construction:

Clicking where there is the orange DONATE button, I want to insert a link.
How can I do? I can also leave the image inside the head and place a transparent button.

but your button it's a part of your logo.png image.
I suggest to use additional image with link in "userarea" position.

The UserArea is not a module position, how can I use it?
