how to upgrade my website to joomla 3.x and transfer all k2 items ,categories and user from joomla 2.5 ?

I don't this is possible in easy way. You can always try to backup all K2 tables and restore on new database because there are no many differences (or any) in the dabase structure in K2 for 2.X and 3.X. You should redirect your question to K2 support forum for more details.
