You cant install via cPanel the quickstart package. Unzip it on your local machine and ftp upload them in place where you store website files (if you have any test installation, backup and remove old files first), then access your page online and run installation.

Ok, it seems your knowledge in this topic is quite small.
We can do it in 3 ways:
1. You can ask any freelance frontend or php backend developer for help (it costs)
2. You can buy developer account on gavick (it costs)
3. We will spend next few days posting here all things that You would like to understand, You will have to ask also your hosting company support for help on certain things (eg where to put those files).

As it goes to confisung part - If You are planning to create completely new site, without any data, that looks like our demo - quickstart is the only way.
You need to upload unzipped qucistart to empty folder on your hosting company server, but not just any empty folder - to a folder that Apache (server that renders sites and send them to users) access it when You type your domain name, or subdomain, or domain and catalog - for that - You need either to find it by yourself or ask hosting company for help.

You could also search for any tutorial on how to install Joomla from source files, but it will be close to our documentation:
